JRK Group’s Office Officially Opens on 12 October
Having established itself as a building contractor in 2014, JRK Group has, through years of dedicated effort, grown into a property developer by 2019. The Group’s office, located at Cheras Traders Square, is set to officially open on 12 October.
Chairman Dato’ Sri Jerry Kwan stated that the Group’s flagship project, JRK Senesta in Semenyih, is also scheduled for official launch in December, with related ceremonies to be held at the actual construction site.
He added that JRK Group currently holds six parcels of land in its land bank, with a total gross development value exceeding RM700 million. In addition to the low-density JRK Senesta project in Semenyih, the Group will also launch JRK Convena in Bukit Jalil later this year.
Looking ahead to 2020 and 2021, the Group plans to introduce a series of developments, including JRK Delta in Petaling Jaya South, JRK Celestia in Puchong, and JRK Elysia in Damansara.
