Dato’ Sri Kwan began his career in the construction industry in 2002 as a Site Supervisor, where he gained hands-on experience in project execution and site management. He later expanded his expertise as a Quantity Surveyor before founding AKK Engineering & Trading in 2004.

In 2009, he co-founded a construction firm with his brother, specialising in high-rise construction. This experience strengthened his expertise in structural engineering and the delivery of large-scale developments.

Driven by a vision to create lasting value through quality developments, Dato’ Sri Kwan ventured into property development by establishing JRK Construction and JRK Development in 2014, followed by the incorporation of JRK Holdings Berhad in 2018.

 
As the Founder and Managing Director, he is responsible for shaping the Group’s strategic direction and driving its long-term growth. Under his leadership, JRK Group has achieved significant milestones, successfully launching and delivering multiple developments within a relatively short period.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Dato’ Sri Kwan possesses extensive expertise in high-rise construction, structural and civil engineering, and property development. Dato’ Sri Jerry continues to lead JRK Group with a clear vision and commitment to delivering sustainable value through quality developments.
