Dato’ Sri Jerry Kwan: JRK Group currently holds six parcels of land in its land bank, with its maiden project, JRK Senesta, launched in 2019.
Many job seekers tend to shy away from demanding roles. Yet, one ambitious young man chose to take on the toughest challenges head-on. Through continuous learning, overcoming obstacles, and gaining invaluable hands-on experience, he successfully transformed his company into a property developer poised to make its mark in Malaysia’s real estate industry, JRK Group, all before the age of 40.
Dato’ Sri Jerry Kwan, Chairman of JRK Group, entered the construction industry after graduating from university in 2000, starting as a site supervisor. Within just two years, he had gained a comprehensive understanding of construction operations. In 2003, he ventured into roofing contracting and established AKK Roofing in 2004, managing the business independently. In 2009, he co-founded a main contractor company with his brother.
Driven by his passion for the construction and property industry, and a constant desire to innovate, Dato’ Sri Jerry founded JRK Group in 2014, positioning it as a key contractor for major developments. By 2019, the Group transitioned into a property developer, with a land bank comprising six parcels and a gross development value exceeding RM700 million.
Its maiden development, JRK Senesta in Semenyih, is a low-density, freehold residential project comprising 110 units. Also launched in 2019 was JRK Convena, located in Bukit Jalil.
Subsequent developments include JRK Delta in Petaling Jaya South, JRK Celestia in Puchong, and JRK Elysia in Damansara, launched between 2020 and 2021.
Dato’ Sri Jerry’s vision is to build one million homes, ensuring that more people can own quality, value-for-money housing. He also aims to list JRK Group on Bursa Malaysia by 2024.

家立控股董事主席拿督官政锴，2000年自大学毕业后进入房屋建筑业，担任建筑工地主管，在短短两年时间内已能掌握建筑工程的整体操作。2003年进入屋顶承包领域，并在2004年设立了AKK Roofing，一手包办所有的业务。直到2009年与哥哥联合创办主承包商公司。
拿督官政锴十分热衷于房产建筑业，热爱当中的挑战，也喜欢求新求变。于是，他于2014年自立门户──家立控股，成为各大产业发展的主要承包商。踏入2019年，家立控股正式转型为发展商，拥有6个地段的土地储备，发展总值超过7亿令吉。
当中打响首炮的发展项目为位于士毛月的JRK Senesta，低密度且永久地契的公寓，建有110间单位。同样于2019年推出的尚有位于武吉加里尔的JRK Convena。
另外分别将于2020和2021年推出的项目则有八打灵再也南部JRK Delta、蒲种JRK Celestia和白沙罗JRK Elysia。
拿督官政锴的愿景是打造100万间家，让每一个人都能买到“屋超所值”房屋，并放眼2024年在大马交易所挂牌上市。
