Lim Boon Kiong, Terrence began his professional career in the construction and property sector in 2008, specialising in high-rise buildings, design and construction of buildings and factories, steel structure as well as civil & structural works.
Terrence has been appointed by the company as an executive director since its inception in 2018.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in the designed and built works and amassed an impressive portfolio of projects, including the building works for Standard Chartered at Jalan Sultan Ismail, construction of Taylor Lakeside Campus, Casa Residence, Gembira Residen, Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios, Ekocheras Serviced Apartments, as well as the steel structure works for Sunway Putra Mall.
He has been playing a role where he is instrumental in overseeing the successful completion of the projects undertaken by the company.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Heriot-Watt, United Kingdom.
