At the beginning of the Lunar New Year, urban property developer – JRK Holdings Berhad marks a new milestone with steady and confident progress. Under the leadership of its Founder and Managing Director, Dato’ Sri Jerry Kwan, JRK Group has gradually established a strong presence in the competitive property market, supported by solid engineering foundations and a clear development strategy. The Group has also submitted its draft prospectus to Bursa Malaysia, marking a significant step forward in its listing journey.
Although Dato’ Sri Jerry holds a background in Computer and Information Systems, he began his career as a site supervisor, gaining hands on experience in roofing contracts and principal contracting works. Through these roles, he developed practical expertise in construction processes, cash flow management, cost control, and quality assurance. In November 2014, he founded JRK Group and transitioned into property development, guided by the philosophy of delivering exceptional value. The Group focuses on low density, high quality projects within established communities.
Currently, JRK holds approximately 7.33 acres of landbank across Seri Kembangan, Setapak, Petaling Jaya South, and Bukit Lanjan. Several new projects are scheduled for launch this year, continuing the Group’s commitment to offering residential and commercial properties that balance quality with competitive pricing.
In 2025, Dato’ Sri Jerry was honoured with the Rising Star Award at the PropertyGuru Asia Awards. This prestigious accolade is not presented annually and, even when awarded, is conferred upon only one property entrepreneur, underscoring its rarity and authority. The recognition affirms his outstanding contributions to the property industry.
