In line with this commitment, the Group recently conducted an in-house ESG training programme titled “ESG-Governance: Anti-Bribery and Cybersecurity Awareness”, held over two days on 1 and 2 July 2025. The session was designed to deepen awareness among directors and employees on the importance of ethical leadership, regulatory compliance, and responsible corporate conduct.

The programme covered key areas including anti-bribery frameworks, cybersecurity risks, and governance best practices, reinforcing the Group’s proactive approach in managing operational risks while upholding transparency across all levels of the organisation. By embedding these principles into daily practices, JRK Group aims to ensure resilience, trust, and sustainable business growth.
