Job Responsibilities
  • Providing administration support in Admin, including site staff attendance, and site office admin matters.
  • Attendance for staff, Staff leave & MC administration – Keeping tracks & updating of staff leave & medical cert in attendance report and submit to HR Dept every end of the month.
  • Maintenance of incoming & outgoing correspondences.
  • Assist the site manager and supervisor on site on all administration works inclusive of recording & monitoring material delivery.
  • Tracking and updating of outstanding submittal to respective personnel.
  • Meeting minutes taking.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must at least possess SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Possess positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal, highly independent and good at time management.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 6 days work and able to be site-based.
