Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, property launches, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities to drive leads and conversions.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media and content creation.
  • Monitor and control A&P budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, bunting, banner, sales kits, digital content and other marketing related materials.
  • Handle APDL applications/ renewals, Borang 7F submissions, End Financing applications and other relevant matter.
  • Liaise with vendors and agencies on campaign planning, quotations sourcing, and product delivery.
  • Support the preparation and submission of reports to relevant authorities such as NAPIC and other statutory bodies as required.
  • Manage and follow up on customer enquiries (walk-in, calls, emails) promptly.
  • Support branding initiatives and contribute creative ideas to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Property Development, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the property development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and content management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Must possess own transport.
