Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, property launches, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities to drive leads and conversions.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media and content creation.
- Monitor and control A&P budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, bunting, banner, sales kits, digital content and other marketing related materials.
- Handle APDL applications/ renewals, Borang 7F submissions, End Financing applications and other relevant matter.
- Liaise with vendors and agencies on campaign planning, quotations sourcing, and product delivery.
- Support the preparation and submission of reports to relevant authorities such as NAPIC and other statutory bodies as required.
- Manage and follow up on customer enquiries (walk-in, calls, emails) promptly.
- Support branding initiatives and contribute creative ideas to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Property Development, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the property development industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and content management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
- Must possess own transport.
