Job Responsibilities
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • To assist on compilation of budgetary cost of marketing & sales activities.
  • To execute necessary marketing & sales activities as planned/instructed.
  • Implement marketing plans and strategies for existing and new projects and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Handling social media, public relation efforts and content marketing.
  • Strategize, plan, develop and execute marketing programs / strategies such as direct mailings, social media campaigns, exhibitions and corporate and publicity events.
  • Formulate, implement and update corporate branding.
  • Liaise with authorities and ensure advertising license permit is active and monitored regularly.
  • Liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner.
  • Keep track on company website info to be updated on timely manner and monitor enquiry mail receiving inbox on daily basis.
  • To update of all walk-in/phone calls/mail enquiries on enquiries report and to follow up on timeline manner.
  • Ensure good preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, video talks before sales launch.
  • To assist on compilation of necessary marketing & sales documentations for internal use/external proposal purposes.
  • Build and maintain highly professional relationship with customers through on going and after sales communications.
  • To assist on summaries of marketing report, sales report and enquiries report to head of department.
  • Assist all matters concerning marketing & sales activities and compliance with the ISO standards.
  • Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies / Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s) MS Office, MS Word, knowledge of Property Developer System software (eg. IFCA, Prosales, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the property development or real estate is a MUST for this position.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess strong understanding of customer and marketing dynamics as well as property requirements.
  • Excellent marketing analytical skills & keep up with market trends.
  • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and responsive that able to communicate & present well with any level of people and work as a team.
  • Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & others dialects.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
