Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating marketing campaigns & sales activities.
- To monitor A&P budget and expenditure within approved budget.
- To execute necessary marketing & sales activities as planned.
- APDL application & renewal, Borang 7F submission.
- Conducting marketing competitor research.
- Handling social media & content marketing and visual.
- Keep track on company website info to be updated on timely manner and monitor all enquiry on daily basis.
- Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc.
- Organised on site event, roadshow.
- Liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner.
- To attend and update of all walk-in/phone calls/mail enquiries on enquiries report and to follow up on timeline manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently.
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies / Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in powerpoint.
- At least 3 years of working experience in property development industry is a MUST for this position.
- Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Confident, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and responsive that able to communicate & present well with any level of people and work as a team.
- Possess own transport.
- Wiling to work in Cheras Traders Square.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
