Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank balances.
- Prepare monthly management reports and manage other accounting-related matters.
- Assist in audit and tax preparation.
- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and suppliers.
- Maintain journal entries, financial analyses, and inter-company accounts.
- Resolve internal and external issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Experience in maintaining property development account, HDA etc.
- Candidate with experiences in construction/property development industry will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of SQL accounting software; IFCA.net and Microsoft Office.
- Good in documentation and filing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
