Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage daily sales enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins by providing accurate, engaging, and up-to-date project information.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for the company’s property projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and purchasers through consistent follow-ups and value-added after-sales service.
  • Coordinate with bankers, solicitors, and relevant authorities to facilitate clients’ loan applications, drawdowns, and legal documentation processes.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all sales-related documentation, including Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), Loan Agreements, and other supporting materials.
  • Ensure all project approvals (such as APDL, 7F, and other relevant authority documents) are properly tracked, filed, and updated.
  • Support the preparation and submission of reports to relevant authorities such as NAPIC and other statutory bodies as required.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, property launches, roadshows, expos, and other promotional events to drive brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance marketing strategies, promotional materials, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads, sales progress, and customer information using company CRM systems.
  • Perform any other related duties or special projects as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in property development, housing, or banking industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Possess valid driving license and own transport.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
