Job Responsibilities
  • To manage sales gallery to ensure smooth operation.
  • Attend to customers enquiries and assist them in relation to any pre & post-sales matters.
  • To meet the expected monthly and yearly sales target.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media, networking, &, etc.
  • Handling both incoming sales calls / online enquiries and attend walk-in to sales gallery.
  • Perform all sales duties – prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing.
  • Guide potential customers round the showhouse and demonstrate products, features, and benefits and overcome objections.
  • To assist the customers in obtaining financial assistance and liaise closely with bankers on purchaser loan application status.
  • To provide after-sales and services to ensure good customer service.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
