Job Description :
- Monitor and manage cash flow, funding requirements, and budget allocations.
- Support daily finance operations and ensure smooth departmental workflow.
- Prepare budgeting and forecasting for project requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis between budget/forecast and actual performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including statutory financial statements with required disclosures.
- Ensure all accounting systems, controls, practices, and procedures comply with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and statutory submission deadlines.
- Support the daily operations of the Finance Department.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience; experience in property development or construction industry is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
