Job Description :

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, funding requirements, and budget allocations.
  • Support daily finance operations and ensure smooth departmental workflow.
  • Prepare budgeting and forecasting for project requirements.
  • Conduct variance analysis between budget/forecast and actual performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including statutory financial statements with required disclosures.
  • Ensure all accounting systems, controls, practices, and procedures comply with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and statutory submission deadlines.
  • Support the daily operations of the Finance Department.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience; experience in property development or construction industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
