Job Responsibilities
- Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
- Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters.
- Assist in audit and tax preparation.
- Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, suppliers & etc.
- Maintain journal entries, analyses and inter-company accounts.
- Effectively and efficiently to resolve problem/matters internally and externally to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Performing day to day accounting operations.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Experience in maintaining property development account, HDA etc.
- Candidate with experiences in construction/property development industry will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of SQL accounting software; IFCA.net and Microsoft Office.
- Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Good in documentation and filing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
