Founder and Managing Director Dato’ Sri Jerry Kwan delivered a keynote address, highlighting key milestones achieved by the Group over the past year and expressing appreciation to the team for their dedication.

The official opening of the JRK Celestia Sales Gallery marked the launch of the Group’s latest residential project, while Dato’ Sri Jerry Kwan was honoured with the PropertyGuru Rising Star Award, recognising his leadership and contributions to the industry.
JRK Group is also approaching a major corporate milestone, with plans to list on Bursa Malaysia, signalling the next phase of its growth journey and strengthening its position within the property sector.
