JRK Group organised a two-day internal training programme on e-SPA, Digital Signature and e-Stamping, reinforcing its readiness for Malaysia’s accelerating digital transformation in property transactions.

Held on 17 and 18 January 2026, the session was designed to equip employees with a clear understanding of regulatory updates and digital workflows, supporting the transition from conventional documentation to a fully digitalised system.

The training comes in line with Malaysia’s move towards mandatory electronic Sale and Purchase Agreements (e-SPA) under the Housing Integrated Management System (HIMS), where property transactions are generated, signed and tracked digitally.

Participants were introduced to key processes including digital signing, compliance requirements, and e-stamping procedures, which collectively enhance efficiency, transparency, and security in documentation workflows.

This initiative reflects JRK Group’s proactive approach in aligning with evolving regulatory frameworks while strengthening internal capabilities. By equipping its teams with the necessary knowledge and tools, the Group aims to ensure seamless adoption of digital systems and maintain high standards of compliance across its operations.
