Senior Project Executive/ Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the overall progress of property development projects, including planning, design, construction, and completion.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, project schedule, and key milestones, and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate authority submissions, approvals, inspections, and statutory requirements.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, variations, claims, and other project-related documents.
  • Attend project meetings, track action items, and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Assist in monitoring project costs, contracts, and variations to ensure compliance with the approved budget.
  • Coordinate project completion, defect rectification, documentation, and handover.
  • Identify project risks and coordinate appropriate solutions to minimise delays and additional costs

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Property Development, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in property development, construction, or project management.
  • Knowledge of local authority regulations, land matters, and development approval processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external consultants, and authorities.
