Dato’ Sri Jerry Kwan: JRK Senesta marks JRK Group’s maiden development project.
JRK Holdings, an emerging player in Malaysia’s property sector, will be unveiling its maiden development, JRK Senesta, located in Semenyih, Selangor, with a launch event taking place on the 18th and 19th of this month. In conjunction with the launch, the first 50 buyers will enjoy a waiver of one year’s maintenance fees.
Chairman Dato’ Sri Jerry Kwan shared that the Group will be rolling out two additional developments within the year. This includes JRK Convena, a 35-storey high-end serviced apartment in Bukit Jalil with a gross development value (GDV) of RM180 million, scheduled for launch in October, followed by JRK Delta in Petaling Jaya South in December, with a GDV of RM140 million, comprising 58 units of two- and three-storey shop offices.
With a GDV of RM38 million, JRK Senesta sits on a 1.82-acre freehold site and features a low-density concept, comprising a single 15-storey block with only 110 units. Each floor houses just 10 units, while selected units on Level 5 come with expansive private garden balconies.
Designed with a modern and contemporary concept, built-up sizes range from 988 sq ft to 1,240 sq ft, with prices starting from RM317,000 to RM472,000. Each unit comes with two parking bays.
Residents will enjoy a range of facilities, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, and multipurpose hall. The development is also equipped with a 24-hour triple-layer security system to ensure residents’ safety and peace of mind.
Dato’ Sri Jerry added that construction progress has reached approximately 20%, with completion targeted for the first quarter of 2022. The show units are now open for public viewing.
In conjunction with the launch, JRK Holdings is also organising a lucky draw with prizes worth up to RM100,000, comprising 34 attractive prizes. The grand prize is a Perodua Bezza, with winners to be announced in November.

发展总值为3 8 0 0 万令吉的J R KSenesta，占地1.82英 亩，低密度且属永久地契，仅建一栋楼高15层，共110间 单位，每层仅有10间单位的服务式公寓。其中5楼的10间 单位则备有超大私人花园阳台。
JRK Senesta以崭新与时尚设计为概念，建筑面积从988 平方尺起至1240平方尺，售价从31万7000令吉至47万 2000令吉，每间单位皆附送2个停⻋位。
JRK Senesta设有完善的公寓设施，包括游泳池、健身 室、多用途礼堂等等;保安方面则备有24小时3重保安系 统，保障住户的出入安全。
官政锴透露，JRK Senesta项目工程目前已完成约20%， 预计将在2022年首季度竣工。示范单位目前已开放予公众 参观，有兴趣购买可前往参观。
配合推介，家立控股也举办幸运抽奖活动，送出总值10万 令吉，共34份的丰富奖品以酬谢买家，巨奖为一辆 Perodua Bezza。抽奖成绩将在今年11月公布。
