Job Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, property portals, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and implement online strategies to generate qualified leads and support ongoing property launches.
- Monitor campaign performance, track conversions, and prepare monthly analytics reports with improvement recommendations.
- Manage retargeting and remarketing initiatives to re-engage potential buyers.
Website Maintenance & SEO
- Liaise with third-party vendors or web developers for website maintenance, updates, and improvements.
- Ensure all website content, visuals, and project information are accurate, timely, and aligned with the brand’s image.
- Monitor website performance and SEO metrics, and coordinate enhancements when necessary.
- Social Media Management
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and project milestones.
- Respond to messages and comments promptly to improve engagement and brand reputation.
- Analyse social media performance and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Creative Design & Content Development
- Design digital marketing collaterals such as EDMs, online banners, social media visuals, brochures, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creative agencies to develop content for property launches and events.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company’s branding and project positioning.
Lead & CRM Management
- Manage customer databases and email marketing campaigns through CRM systems.
- Segment and nurture leads for follow-up by the sales team.
- Track and report lead source performance to optimize future campaigns.
Event & Project Support
- Support property launches, sales gallery events, and exhibitions through online promotion and live content updates.
- Create digital invitations, eDMs, and countdown campaigns to drive event participation.
- Capture digital materials (photos/videos) during events for future marketing use.
Market Research & Competitor Insights
- Conduct research on market trends, buyer preferences, and competitors’ marketing strategies.
- Provide recommendations to improve online positioning and campaign effectiveness.
- Keep up with the latest property tech tools and digital marketing innovations.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular digital performance reports for management review.
- Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Support internal marketing needs such as newsletters, digital announcements, and corporate updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the property development or real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and property portal management.
- Skilled in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and familiar with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive mindset.
