Job Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
- To execute any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- To manage and upkeep the sales gallery.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in any field.
- At least 1-year relevant working experience, fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
- Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Good in documentation and filing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible, and reliable.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
- Able work at HQ Cheras Trader Square.
