Job Responsibilities
  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
  • To execute any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • To manage and upkeep the sales gallery.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1-year relevant working experience, fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
  • Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Good in documentation and filing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible, and reliable.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
  • Able work at HQ Cheras Trader Square.
